Project Intro
Be sure to assemble this setup step by step, isolating each light source for precise control and to achieve a high glow, contemporary beauty light. Let’s dive in!

STEP 1
- Mount two Profoto White Medium Umbrellas on ProHeads and C-stands, one left and one right of the white backdrop, angled as shown in the 3D render.
- These push the backdrop to near-blown out white for that even, pure and shiny look.
- Start at Power 7.0 and tweak to taste.

STEP 2
- Place two pairs of black polyboards on the left and right sides of the set as in the 3D render
- Nestle a Profoto ProHead with Zoom Reflector between each pair—polyboards isolate these lights to prevent any spill.
- Aim each light directly at the model from its side to wrap her in a soft halo without direct front illumination.
- Start both at Power 5.0 and tweak to taste.

STEP 3
- Mount a Profoto ProHead with Zoom Reflector at camera-right, set to very low power of 2.0 —this light serves only to create subtle catch-lights in the eyes.
- Add a second Profoto ProHead with Zoom Reflector at a low angle aimed at the floor to gently lift any harsh shadows on the face.
- Keep both at minimal power for delicate, natural fill.

STEP 4
- Mount a Profoto Deep Silver Umbrella on a Profoto ProHead and place white diffusion foil in front for a softer spread.
- Position it to evenly fill shadows across the model’s full body.
- Start at Power 4.0 and adjust to taste.
- Camera Settings: 1/160 s, f/11, ISO 160 – tweak for your environment.
