Why it’s used: Reduces light spill, deepens shadows, and increases contrast by preventing unwanted reflections. Commonly used in pairs to create controlled, moody lighting setups.

Project Intro
The goal of this shoot for L`Officiel Magazine was to create a high contrast, easy-to-use light that can be quickly adapted in a crowded city like Milan.

STEP 1
- Mount a Profoto A10 Pocket Flash directly onto your camera for an instant paparazzi-style burst.
- Or use a battery-powered Profoto Pro B3 bare-bulb flash, handheld by your assistant, for extra punch in direct midday sun.
- The second light seen here in the 3D render is just a placeholder for the real sun
- Camera Settings: 1/160 s, f/10, ISO 100; tweak as needed for your environment.
